I went into real estate full time at 22, after a couple of years in sales where I didn't always feel good about what I was being asked to sell. Real estate felt different. I could give people a straight answer without pressuring them.

I'm the big-picture side of our team. I love building relationships, solving problems and negotiating, and I learned early that real estate is a relationship business, not a hard-sell business.
