How The Mike Webb Team Serves Bellevue Forest

In Bellevue Forest, the lot, the trees and the setting matter a great deal, along with the house, and a 1950s ranch and an early Tudor on similar lots can sell very differently. The Mike Webb Team has more than 34 years of experience pricing homes like these for today's buyers.

You should not have to manage the prep work to sell. The White Glove Home Sale Method™ covers painting, handyman repairs, caulking, staging, deep cleaning, carpet and window cleaning, power washing, landscaping, removal of unwanted items or furniture, and taking donations to the charity of your choice, at no additional cost to you. A seller wrote in a Google review: “I was recommended to use Mike and Claudia Webb by a neighbor who had worked with them. My neighbor's assessment proved to be exactly right.” The Mike Webb Team is part of RE/MAX Allegiance.

Bellevue Forest History & Neighborhoods Nearby

Military Road was built in the fall of 1861 to link Union forts along the river. After the Civil War, the Grunwell family's home, called Bellevue, was built on North Glebe Road, partly from timbers of Fort Ethan Allen, and it gave the neighborhood its name.

The Grunwell family filed the first plan for Bellevue Forest on December 23, 1938, laying out broad, curving streets and cul-de-sacs while keeping many mature trees. Only a few dozen homes were finished before World War II paused building, and most went up between 1946 and 1958.

Buyers who like Bellevue Forest often look at Donaldson Run and Country Club Hills too. Which one fits is a matter of preference.
