Concierge Services: Renovate Now, Pay at Closing

Need new floors, a new kitchen or a new roof before you sell? With our Concierge Services, the work gets done now and you pay for it at closing.

Some homes need more than a fresh coat of paint

Maybe the carpet is worn through. Maybe the kitchen is from another decade, or the roof is near the end of its life. Buyers notice, and they take it off their offer.

Our Concierge Services™ let you get those bigger updates done before the home goes on the market. You pay for the work at closing, out of the sale. Nothing is due upfront, and there is no interest and no fees.

What Concierge Services can cover

  • New flooring, refinished hardwoods or new carpet
  • New appliances
  • New light fixtures
  • New bathrooms or kitchens
  • A new roof
  • Other big-ticket updates

What you pay, and what you don't

You pay for the work itself, and you pay for it at closing. We don't charge you for managing it. We line up the work and keep it moving, so you're not chasing contractors while you get ready to move. Program terms apply, and we go over them with you before any work starts.

Concierge is different from The White Glove Home Sale Method

Every seller who lists with us gets The White Glove Home Sale Method at no additional cost, at any price and in any type of home. That covers painting, repairs, staging, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, caulking, power washing, landscaping, removal of unwanted items or furniture, and taking donations to the charity of your choice.

Concierge Services are separate. They're for bigger projects, and the seller pays for them at closing. Many homes only need what The White Glove Home Sale Method already covers. See what we fix before you sell, and what we skip.

First, we ask if the project is worth it

Our rule is simple: improve what matters, skip what doesn't. Strategy comes before spending. We walk through your home, look at what buyers expect and what the competing homes look like, and tell you plainly whether a project is likely to pay off. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too. A renovation only makes sense if it helps your sale.

How it works

  1. We walk through your home together. We look at its condition and talk about your goals and your timeline.
  2. We agree on the projects. Only the updates that make sense for your home and your sale.
  3. The work gets done. We keep it on track while you get ready for your move.
  4. We launch your home. Professional photography, a 3D tour, floor plans, paid social media advertising and open houses.
  5. You pay at closing. The cost of the work comes out of the sale.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Concierge Services free?

No. You pay for the work, and you pay for it at closing, so nothing is due upfront. There is no interest and no fees, and we don't charge you for managing the work.

Is Concierge the same as The White Glove Home Sale Method?

No. The White Glove Home Sale Method is at no additional cost for every seller. Concierge Services are for bigger projects, such as a kitchen, a bathroom or a roof, and the seller pays for them at closing.

Do I have to renovate before I sell?

No. Many homes are ready with The White Glove Home Sale Method alone. We only suggest a bigger project when we think it will help your sale.
