What Your Home Is Worth in Arlington Village
A free home value from people who walk through your home, not a number from a website.
What Your Arlington Village Condo Is Worth
The best guide to your Arlington Village condo's value is what similar units in the community have sold for recently. We come by, look at your unit with you, and compare it with those sales and with nearby condos. Then we tell you the price we believe it would bring today.
It is free, and you are not committing to anything. Call before you move or long before, and you will get a clear number with no pressure.

Same Community, Different Units
Every home here is a condo in the community's original two-story brick buildings, built in 1939. Even so, units sell for different prices because of the number of bedrooms, the floor, the light, the view of the grounds and how much has been updated.
We match your unit with the closest recent sales and adjust for those differences. A website estimate cannot see your kitchen, your floors or whether you face the lawn.
You can also choose how much to do before selling. We show you two prices side by side, one if the condo is prepared and one if it is sold as it is. Either way, we list it and handle the sale for you.
Your Assessment Is Only a Starting Point
Arlington County sends assessment notices every January. The county says it assesses property at 100% of fair market value as of January 1, and its 2026 residential assessments were based on sales from September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025.
Those sales can be more than a year old when you list, and the county does not see the inside of your unit. Treat the assessment as background, not as your sale price.
Condo Prices This Fall
Arlington Village is in ZIP code 22204. Homes there that sold from July through September 2026 averaged 54 days on the market and sold for about 97.2% of their original list price, according to Bright MLS. The median sale price was $625,000, up 0.8% from a year earlier, but that figure includes houses, so it says little about a condo.
Condo owners have more competition than a year ago. NVAR reported that in September 2026, condo and townhouse listings in its Northern Virginia region were up 49.7% from a year earlier, while detached listings rose only 5.7%. Arlington County had about 3.9 months of supply in September 2026, up from 3.0 a year earlier. Buyers can compare more units, so the right price from the first day matters.
What Buyers Value in Arlington Village
Buyers weigh the community as well as the unit: the swimming pool, tennis courts, community space, extra storage and bike storage, the management office on site, and the short walk to Columbia Pike's shops and buses. They also look at the monthly condo fee and what it covers. We include all of it when we price your home.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Arlington Village home value free?
Yes. It is free, and there is no obligation to sell or to list with us.
Why do units in the same community sell for different prices?
Size, floor, light, the view of the grounds and updates all make a difference. We compare your unit with the closest recent sales and adjust for what is different.
Does the condo fee affect my price?
Buyers look at the monthly fee and what it covers, along with the amenities like the pool, tennis courts and storage. We factor that in when we compare your unit with recent sales.
Why is my assessment different from what my condo would sell for?
Arlington County values homes as of January 1 using older sales. For 2026, it used sales from September 2024 through August 2025. We use the newest sales and look at your actual unit.
