What Your Home Is Worth in Clarendon-Courthouse

A free home value from people who walk through your home, not a number from a website.

A Free Clarendon-Courthouse Home Value

Most homes in Clarendon-Courthouse are condos, and a condo's value depends on its building as much as on the unit itself. We visit, look at your home with you and compare it with the recent sales most like it, in your building first. Then we tell you the price we believe it would sell for today.

There is no fee and no obligation. Call us whether you are ready to move or still deciding, and you will get a clear answer without pressure.

How We Price a Condo, a Townhouse or a House Here

For a condo, we start with recent sales in your own building, then similar buildings nearby. We adjust for the floor, the view, the layout, updates, parking, storage and the monthly fee, and for how the building's amenities and finances compare.

Townhouses and the few single-family houses south of Market Common are compared with their own kind. A website estimate that mixes these together, or ignores the building, can be far off.

You also decide how much to do before you sell. We show you two prices side by side, one prepared and one as it is. Either way, we list your home and handle the sale.

What Your Assessment Does and Does Not Tell You

Arlington County mails its assessment notices every January. The county says it assesses property at 100% of fair market value as of January 1, and its 2026 residential assessments relied on sales from September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025.

Those sales can be more than a year old by the time you list, and the county cannot see your updates or what still needs work. Use the assessment as a guide, not as your price.

The Market Condo Owners Face This Fall

Arlington's median sale price rose 11.1% from a year earlier for July through September 2026, according to Bright MLS, but that figure blends every kind of home.

Condo owners have more competition. NVAR reported condo and townhouse listings in its Northern Virginia region up 49.7% from a year earlier in September 2026, compared with 5.7% for detached homes, and Arlington County had about 3.9 months of supply, up from 3.0. Buyers can compare several units before they choose, so a price backed by real sales matters more than ever.

Your Building and Your Block

Buyers notice how close a home is to the Clarendon or Courthouse Metro, whether it faces a busy street or a quiet courtyard, how much light it gets, and what the building offers, such as a gym, garage parking or a rooftop deck. We weigh every one of these.

How Your Home Value Visit Works

  • We schedule a time that suits you and follow your building's visitor rules.
  • We walk through your home with you and note what buyers here compare.
  • We bring recent sales from your building and nearby and show where yours fits.
  • We give you a price for today and a price for selling as it is.
  • We tell you which updates are worth it and which are not.

Not ready yet? Call us when you are, and we will update the numbers with the newest sales.

When you sell with us, The White Glove Home Sale Method™ covers painting, handyman repairs, staging, deep cleaning and more at no additional cost to you, and we review the price with you every month until your home sells. An Arlington condo seller wrote on Zillow: “I was very impressed with how detail oriented they were as they presented all the comps in the area.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Clarendon-Courthouse home value free?

Yes. It is free, and there is no obligation to sell or to list with us.

Does the floor or view change my condo's value?

It can. Higher floors, open views and more light often matter to buyers, so we compare your unit with recent sales on similar floors and with similar views when we can.

Why is my assessment different from what my home would sell for?

Arlington County values homes as of January 1 using older sales. For 2026, it used sales from September 2024 through August 2025. We use the newest sales and look at your actual home.

Does a parking space add value to my Clarendon-Courthouse condo?

Often, yes. Buyers here weigh whether a unit comes with deeded or assigned garage parking, and we compare your unit with sales that have similar parking.
