What Your Home Is Worth in Country Club Hills
A free home value from people who walk through your home, not a number from a website.
Your Free Country Club Hills Home Value
Country Club Hills mixes 1920s brick and stone homes, mid-century ramblers and new construction on hilly, wooded lots. Style, setting and condition all pull the price in different directions, and online estimates rarely sort them out. We visit, see your home and lot for ourselves, compare them with the best-matched recent sales and tell you what we believe your home would sell for today.
It is free, and asking does not commit you to listing. Whether you plan to move soon or later, you will get an honest number with no pressure.

Matching Style, Setting and Condition
We start with recent Country Club Hills sales of similar style and age, then add sales from nearby North Arlington streets when we need more. An original Tudor is compared with other older brick and stone homes, a rambler with ramblers, and a new home with new homes.
Next we adjust for the lot and its slope, trees and setting, bedrooms and baths, additions, the kitchen and baths, the lower level, the roof, windows and systems, original details, and parking. These are the factors that make two homes on the same hill sell for different prices.
You also decide how much to do before you sell. We show you two prices side by side, one prepared and one as it is. Either way, we list your home and handle the sale.
What Your Assessment Does and Does Not Tell You
Arlington County mails its assessment notices every January. The county says it assesses property at 100% of fair market value as of January 1, and its 2026 residential assessments relied on sales from September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025.
Those sales can be more than a year old by the time you list, and the county cannot see your updates or what still needs work. Use the assessment as a guide, not as your price.
The Arlington Market Behind Your Number
Bright MLS reported Arlington's median sale price for July through September 2026 at 11.1% above the year before. That number includes everything from condos to large single-family homes, so it shows the market's direction rather than what your home is worth.
Detached homes are seeing less new competition than condos. NVAR reported 5.7% more detached listings in its Northern Virginia region in September 2026 than a year earlier, against 49.7% more condos and townhouses. Arlington had about 3.9 months of supply that month, up from 3.0, according to Bright MLS. With more to choose from, buyers check every price against recent sales.
What Buyers Value in Country Club Hills
Buyers here weigh original brick and stone details in good condition, updated kitchens and baths, a dry, finished lower level, the age of the roof and heating and cooling, a usable yard on a hilly lot, views, and parking. We show you what your home already offers and which improvements are worth making before you list.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Country Club Hills home value free?
Yes. There is no charge, and requesting one does not commit you to selling or to us.
How do you value an original 1920s or 1930s home?
We compare it with sales of similar older brick and stone homes nearby, in similar condition, and show you what it could bring as it is and after simple preparation.
Why is my assessment different from what my home would sell for?
The county's figure reflects January 1 and leans on sales that were months old even then. For 2026, it drew on sales from September 2024 through August 2025. We start from this season's sales and from what we see when we visit.
Does a hilly or wooded lot affect value?
It can. Slope, trees, views and usable yard space all play a part. We compare your lot with those of similar homes that sold nearby.
