What Your Home Is Worth in Foxcroft Heights

A free home value from people who walk through your home, not a number from a website.

Your Free Foxcroft Heights Home Value

Foxcroft Heights has only a few short streets, so sales here are few. That makes online estimates especially shaky here. We come to your home, gather the best recent sales in and around the neighborhood and tell you what we expect a buyer to pay today.

It costs nothing and you are not committing to list. Whether you plan to move soon or someday, you get an honest number.

How We Set Your Price

We start with any recent Foxcroft Heights sales, then add sales of similar older brick houses in nearby South Arlington neighborhoods such as Arlington View and Penrose. Each one is adjusted to match your home as closely as possible.

We adjust for size, bedrooms and baths, the kitchen and baths, the basement, any addition, the roof and systems, parking and the yard. Location counts too, and being this close to the Pentagon and Pentagon City matters to many buyers.

Then you choose how much to do before selling. We show you two prices side by side, one with the home prepared and one as it is today. Either way, we list it and run the sale.

What Your Assessment Does and Does Not Tell You

Arlington County mails its assessment notices every January. The county says it assesses property at 100% of fair market value as of January 1, and its 2026 residential assessments relied on sales from September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025.

Those sales can be more than a year old by the time you list, and the county cannot see your updates or what still needs work. Use the assessment as a guide, not as your price.

Where Arlington's Market Is Now

Bright MLS reported Arlington's median sale price for July through September 2026 up 11.1% from a year earlier. That number covers every kind of home in the county, so it shows the trend rather than your home's value.

Houses are in a stronger spot than condos this fall. NVAR counted 5.7% more detached listings in its Northern Virginia region in September 2026 than a year earlier, while condo and townhouse listings rose 49.7%. Arlington had about 3.9 months of supply in September, up from 3.0, per Bright MLS, so buyers still expect a price that recent sales support.

What Foxcroft Heights Buyers Value

Buyers here weigh updated kitchens and baths, a dry, finished basement, the age of the roof and heating and cooling, parking, a usable yard and the short trip to the Pentagon, Pentagon City and DC. We tell you what your home already has and which updates are worth doing first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Foxcroft Heights home value free?

Yes. There is no charge, and you are not obligated to sell or to list with us.

Why are online estimates often off in Foxcroft Heights?

With so few sales, the websites have little to compare against and cannot see your home's condition. We use the best nearby sales and see your home in person.

Why is my assessment different from what my home would sell for?

Arlington County values homes as of January 1 using older sales. Its 2026 values used sales from September 2024 through August 2025. We use the newest sales and see your home in person.

Can you price an older home that needs work?

Yes. We compare it with sales of similar homes in similar condition and show you what it could bring as it is and after simple preparation.
