Your Free Radnor/Fort Myer Heights Home Value
This neighborhood packs very different homes into a few blocks: 1980s condo buildings, a 1960s high-rise known for its views, 2007 lofts and newer townhome-style homes with their own elevator entries. Online estimates tend to blur them together. We see your home in person, choose the recent sales that truly compare and tell you what we expect a buyer to pay today.
There is no fee and no obligation to list. Whether you are moving soon or later, you get a straight answer.

How We Find Your Price
We begin with recent sales in your own building. Then we look at buildings of similar age and style nearby, in Radnor/Fort Myer Heights, Rosslyn and Courthouse. A loft is compared with lofts, and a townhome-style home or a co-op townhome with its own kind of sale.
We adjust for size, bedrooms and baths, floor, view, ceiling height, the kitchen and baths, outdoor space, parking, storage, the monthly fee and amenities such as a pool or concierge.
You pick how much to do before selling. We show you two prices, one with the home prepared and one as it is now. Either way, we list it and handle the sale.
What Your Assessment Does and Does Not Tell You
Arlington County mails its assessment notices every January. The county says it assesses property at 100% of fair market value as of January 1, and its 2026 residential assessments relied on sales from September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025.
Those sales can be more than a year old by the time you list, and the county cannot see your updates or what still needs work. Use the assessment as a guide, not as your price.
The Arlington Numbers Behind Your Price
Arlington's median sale price for July through September 2026 rose 11.1% from a year earlier, per Bright MLS. It mixes houses and condos of every size, so it signals the trend, not the value of your home.
Condo owners have the most competition this fall. NVAR reported 49.7% more condos and townhouses for sale in its Northern Virginia region in September 2026 than a year earlier, against 5.7% more detached homes, and Bright MLS put Arlington at about 3.9 months of supply that month, up from 3.0. Buyers can compare more, so the price has to match what recent sales show.
What Buyers Here Pay Attention To
Buyers here look at the view and the light, ceiling height, the monthly fee and what it covers, parking, storage, updated kitchens and baths, outdoor space, the building's amenities and how close the Metro is. We tell you what your home already offers and which updates are worth doing first.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Radnor/Fort Myer Heights home value cost anything?
No. It is free, and you do not have to sell or list with us.
How do you price a loft?
We compare it with recent sales of other lofts first, then adjust for size, ceiling height, layout, updates and parking, since a loft appeals to a different buyer than a standard condo.
Why is my assessment different from what my home would sell for?
Arlington County values homes as of January 1 using older sales. Its 2026 values used sales from September 2024 through August 2025. We use the newest sales and see your home in person.
Does a building's age change my condo's value?
It can. Buyers compare the building's condition, recent updates, reserves and fees, so we compare your home with sales in buildings of similar age and upkeep.
